I've known Grant since 2004, spending a summer vacation together in Clearwater, FL with a whole gaggle of other college students. Grant was then and has continued to be a deep thinker, someone not afraid to push against boundaries with earnestness and to say the things that others usually leave unsaid. You know. I've had the joy to not only read Michael's work but to know Michael personally, and he's one of the most genuine, the funniest and kindest human beings I've ever encountered. His love of Sesame Street and his background in researching one of my favorite shows was just one of many topics that made me love this man. He's a human worth knowing, but if you can't get that in your life, then he's certainly a human worth reading.
Knox's writing and audio production for Sunday Night Lights is one of the funniest things I've encountered on the Internet in a really long time. A pastor? Reality TV? A character named Matthew Mark Luke John? Sign me up. Personally, I love how Knox seamlessly weaves philosophy, grief, and faith all while keeping me laughing through the story. Knox you're one of the few putting out fiction with audio, and yeah, I'm trying to do that too. Thanks for your work, sir. It's truly great. Good luck!
